Terms & Conditions
Last updated 5 June 2026
1. Who we are
AI Agent Workshops is operated by Consortia Personnel Ltd, trading as Sofee ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales (company number [company number]), with its registered office at [registered office address]. Our VAT number is [VAT number]. You can reach us at hello@aiagentworkshops.co.uk.
2. These terms
These terms apply when you buy a ticket to, or place an order for, any AI Agent Workshops event or subscription through this website. By completing a purchase you confirm that you accept these terms and our Refund and Cancellation Policy, so please read them before you buy.
If you are buying on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business to these terms.
3. The workshops
AI Agent Workshops are hands-on, in-person training days for owner-managed businesses. The Autumn 2026 Intake takes place at Mad Swans in the Mendips, Somerset, with Session 1 on Thursday 10 September 2026. Later sessions in the intake run roughly every two months, and dates are confirmed in advance.
Places are strictly limited. We may make reasonable changes to the programme, trainers, timings or running order, and if a change is significant we will let you know.
4. Tickets, prices and payment
Ticket prices are shown on the website and are stated plus VAT unless we say otherwise. The total payable, including VAT, is shown at checkout.
Payment is taken securely through Stripe. Where available, you may be able to pay later or in instalments through Klarna, subject to Klarna's own approval and terms. We never see or store your full card details.
Your place is confirmed once payment is received and we have sent you a confirmation. If we cannot accept your order, for example because an event is full, we will refund you in full.
5. The bring-a-colleague seat
The second seat on a Day pass is sold at half the price of the first. Both seats must be for people from the same company and for the same session. One member portal and one included 1:1 follow-up are provided per company and are shared by the pair.
6. What you need to bring
To take part, you will need to arrive with a laptop that has Claude Code installed and switched on, and the administrator password for that laptop from your IT provider. We send setup instructions beforehand and run a short pre-event interview to prepare your materials.
If you arrive without the required setup we will help where we can, but we cannot guarantee you will complete every exercise, and that does not entitle you to a refund.
7. Refunds, cancellations and transfers
You can cancel, pass your seat to a colleague, or move to a later session in line with our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Because tickets are for an event on a specific date, the statutory 14-day cancellation right for online purchases does not apply, but our own policy gives you fair options.
8. If we change or cancel an event
We may need to reschedule a session, move it to a comparable venue, or substitute a trainer. If we do, your ticket remains valid for the new arrangements.
If we cancel a session outright and cannot offer you a suitable alternative date, we will refund the price you paid for that session.
We are not responsible for any travel, accommodation or other costs you incur in connection with an event, so please book those flexibly. We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
9. Your business data and what you build
The workshops are built around your own business data, which you export and handle on your own device. We do not collect, store or process your business data as part of the day, and you remain responsible for it, including keeping it secure and meeting your own data protection obligations.
The agents and materials you build are yours to use in your business. We give no guarantee of any particular financial or commercial result from using them.
10. Intellectual property
The course materials, templates and content we provide are licensed to you for use in your own business. You may not resell, publish or redistribute them, or use them to run competing training, without our written permission.
Please do not photograph or record other attendees or the room without their consent.
11. The monthly subscription
If you take the optional membership, it is billed monthly in advance through Stripe at the price shown, plus VAT, and renews automatically until cancelled. It is one subscription per company. You can cancel at any time and it will stop at the end of your current paid month. We do not give part-month refunds.
12. Our responsibility to you
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
Subject to that, our total liability to you in connection with a ticket or subscription is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any loss of profit, revenue or business.
13. Your privacy
We handle the personal details you give us, such as your name and email, in line with our Privacy Policy. We use them to administer your booking, run the event, and, where you have asked us to, keep you updated.
14. General
We may update these terms from time to time; the version that applies to your purchase is the one published when you bought. If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
