Know what to ask.
We’ll show you how much detail to give ChatGPT and how to steer an answer that’s missed the point.
The ChatGPT Business Day
Spend a day at Mad Swans in Somerset with Jethro and Nathan learning how to make the most of your ChatGPT subscription. You’ll leave with a business memory for ChatGPT and working agents set up to help with the jobs that take up your week.
For business owners and leaders
Perhaps you’ve used ChatGPT to tidy up an email, but haven’t had time to see what else it could do. This day gives you that time, with help from two people who use it in their own work.
We’ll show you how much detail to give ChatGPT and how to steer an answer that’s missed the point.
Work through a task from your own desk, with Jethro and Nathan there to answer questions and suggest what to try next.
Take your business memory and working agents back to the office, ready to use on the jobs you’ve practised together.
Your voice interview · Included
Before the day, you’ll speak to our voice agent. It knows which questions to ask about your business, your customers and the work you’d like help with, so you can talk it through without having to write a brief.
The agent turns your answers into the files that make up your business memory. These give ChatGPT the background on what you do and how you work. You’ll arrive with them ready for us to use as we set up your agents together.
The files are yours to keep. We’ll show you how to add them to ChatGPT, use them with your agents and update them as your business changes.
Files created from your voice interview.
What you sell and how you deliver it.
Who buys from you, and why.
How you want to come across.
What you want to achieve next.
The day’s programme
We begin with the basics of using ChatGPT and setting it up for your business. From there, we move into demonstrations and time to practise.
There’s time to ask questions throughout. If something doesn’t make sense, we’ll work through it with you.

It guides you through the questions and builds your business memory files from your answers, ready to use on the day.
We’ll show you around ChatGPT, explain the different models and cover when to use Codex. You’ll learn which option suits the job in front of you.
You’ll organise your folders and give your AI advisers the same business memory to work from. We’ll explain context and compaction: what ChatGPT has available during a conversation, and what happens when that conversation is condensed.
Before connecting tools, we’ll look at permissions and how your data is processed and protected. We’ll also cover hallucinations, where an answer sounds convincing but contains mistakes, and how to check for them.
You’ll learn how to save instructions as a skill and use schedules for work that needs doing regularly. A weekly competitor review is one example.
You’ll set up agents for work you do regularly. We’ll help you try them on a task, check the result and make adjustments so you can carry on using them back at work.
Examples we’ll cover
These examples give you a starting point. Choose one that would be useful in your business, or bring a different task you’d like to try.
Look through your customer records for people who haven’t bought from you in a while, then draft a follow-up worth sending.
Bring competitor updates into a weekly summary, with links to the original sources so you can look into anything that catches your attention.
See how Jethro turns meeting transcripts into a daily briefing, with decisions recorded and actions ready for a to-do list.
Extract end dates and notice periods from your contracts. Check the dates against the documents, then set reminders before renewal decisions are due.
Start with an export from Xero and look at where the money is going. Find the costs that deserve a closer look.
Work from your own material and brand guidelines to produce a PowerPoint draft. You can spend your time improving the argument and checking the detail.
Spend the day with Jethro and Nathan, with time to try this on your own work.
