The agent turns your answers into the files that make up your business memory. These give ChatGPT the background on what you do and how you work. You’ll arrive with them ready for us to use as we set up your agents together.
The files are yours to keep. We’ll show you how to add them to ChatGPT, use them with your agents and update them as your business changes.

We begin with the basics of using ChatGPT and setting it up for your business. From there, we move into demonstrations and time to practise.
There’s time to ask questions throughout. If something doesn’t make sense, we’ll work through it with you.

Find your way around ChatGPT
We’ll show you around ChatGPT, explain the different models and cover when to use Codex. You’ll learn which option suits the job in front of you.
Give ChatGPT the background
You’ll organise your folders and give your AI advisers the same business memory to work from. We’ll explain context and compaction: what ChatGPT has available during a conversation, and what happens when that conversation is condensed.
Check answers and protect your data
Before connecting tools, we’ll look at permissions and how your data is processed and protected. We’ll also cover hallucinations, where an answer sounds convincing but contains mistakes, and how to check for them.
Save time on recurring work
You’ll learn how to save instructions as a skill and use schedules for work that needs doing regularly. A weekly competitor review is one example.
Build your agents and try them out
You’ll set up agents for work you do regularly. We’ll help you try them on a task, check the result and make adjustments so you can carry on using them back at work.

Work from your own material and brand guidelines to produce a PowerPoint draft. You can spend your time improving the argument and checking the detail.

Mad Swans sits in the Mendip Hills, close to Bath and Bristol. With countryside outside the windows and colourful, comfortable rooms inside, it’s a lovely place to step away from the office and give yourself time to learn.
We’ll be in the main room, with refreshments and plenty of time to meet other business owners. Lunch is in The Potting Shed, which serves modern British food made with quality local ingredients and produce grown on the grounds. Tea and coffee are available throughout the day, with muffins, fruit and snacks to keep you going between sessions.

Who is the day for?
Owners and leaders who have tried ChatGPT and suspect they could be getting more from it. You don’t need technical experience. Bring a laptop and a willingness to have a go.
What exactly is a business memory?
A set of files that gives ChatGPT the background on your business. You create it by talking to our voice agent before the day. The agent knows what to ask and builds the files from your answers. During the workshop, we’ll help you use them in ChatGPT and with the agents you build.
What do I need to bring?
Your laptop and a job you’d like help with. We’ll send preparation details before the workshop, including which accounts you need and whether you’ll need a paid ChatGPT plan.
What will I leave with?
Your business memory files and working agents you’ve set up and tested during the day. You’ll know how to brief them on a task, check what they produce and keep your memory up to date.
