This policy explains how Consortia Personnel Ltd (trading as Sofee) handles your personal information when you use this site, register your interest, or book a place on AI Agent Workshops.
Who we are
Consortia Personnel Ltd, trading as Sofee, is the data controller for the personal information you give us through this site. We are registered in England and Wales (company number [company number]), with our registered office at [registered office address]. For anything about your data, email hello@aiagentworkshops.co.uk.
The information we collect
Depending on how you use the site, we may collect:
- When you register your interest: your email address, and your name if you give it.
- When you book a place: your name, email, company, billing address, and the details needed to take payment. Card details are handled directly by Stripe; we never see or store them.
- When you take part: information about your business that you choose to share in the pre-event interview and on the day. You keep your own business data on your own device, and we do not collect it.
- When you use the site: limited technical information needed to serve and secure the pages.
How we use it, and our legal basis
We use your information for the following purposes:
- To reply to your enquiry and send the updates you asked for. Basis: your consent.
- To administer your booking and run the event. Basis: performance of our contract with you.
- To send you essential information about a booking you have made. Basis: our contract, and our legitimate interest in running the event well.
- To tell you about future intakes and related news, where you have opted in. Basis: your consent.
- To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations. Basis: legal obligation.
- To keep the website and our business secure. Basis: our legitimate interests.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of trusted suppliers who process data on our behalf, under contract and only on our instructions:
- Resend, for sending and managing email.
- Stripe, and where you choose it Klarna, for taking payment.
- ElevenLabs, for running the AI voice interview.
- Anthropic, for generating your personalised prompts and vault from your answers.
- Firecrawl, for reading the publicly available pages of your company website during research. It only collects information that is already public.
- Vercel, for hosting this website.
- Supabase, for securely storing your account and the information you share with us.
- Our own internal business systems, for administration.
Marketing
If you have opted in, we may email you about future AI Agent Workshops. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time by emailing hello@aiagentworkshops.co.uk. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
How long we keep it
We keep your information only as long as we need it: for active enquiries and bookings, while you are in contact with us or attending an intake; for accounting records, for as long as the law requires (usually six years); and for marketing, until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us to give you a copy of your information, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or provide it in a portable form. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. To exercise any of these, email hello@aiagentworkshops.co.uk.
Cookies
We use only the cookies needed to make the site work and keep it secure. To understand which pages are popular we use Vercel's privacy-friendly analytics, which is cookieless and does not track you across other sites or collect personal data. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. If you go through to payment, Stripe and Klarna set their own cookies on their own pages, covered by their privacy notices.
Keeping it secure, and transfers outside the UK
We take appropriate measures to protect your information and work only with suppliers who do the same. Some of those suppliers may process data outside the UK; where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as UK-approved data transfer terms, to keep it protected.
Children
This site and our events are intended for businesses and adults, not for children, and we do not knowingly collect data about under-18s.
Changes and how to contact us
We may update this policy from time to time, and the current version always lives on this page. Questions or concerns? Email hello@aiagentworkshops.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk, though we would appreciate the chance to help first.
