Pick your platform

Two days. Two tools. Same outcome.

You leave with the same thing either way — AI briefed on your business, doing a real job. We chose the two industry picks: OpenAI's ChatGPT, the most-used AI tool on the planet, and Anthropic's Claude, the fastest-growing tool in business — the one we run our own companies on. Pick the day by the tool you, or your IT, already lean towards; if you don't have a preference, we'll recommend one when you book.

Claude day

Anthropic's Claude — the fastest-growing AI in business, built with company use at its core. Our pick if you're starting fresh: it's what we run our own businesses on.

Who's teaching this

Trained by the people who build and use it.

Jethro

Jethro

I’ve spent years teaching non-technical people to genuinely use AI: thousands of them through AI123, and before that building AI capability at Neighbourly. My job on the day is simple. You leave with something working, not a notebook of ideas.

Nathan

Nathan

Over the last three years, I’ve used AI to change how our business actually runs: voice agents, automated invoicing, faster cash collection, better sales activity, and even being recommended by ChatGPT and Claude. My job on the day is simple: show what we built, what it changed, and how achievable this is for other businesses.

Sound familiar?

You know AI matters. Let us show you where to start.

You've had a go with ChatGPT

It wrote a decent email and a poem for the Christmas do. Clever, but it has not changed a single thing about how your business actually runs.

Everyone seems further ahead

The podcasts, the LinkedIn posts, the competitor who keeps mentioning it. You know there is something in this. There is just nobody in-house whose job it is to work it out.

You would never trust it with your numbers

Quite right. Pasting your accounts into a free chatbot account is exactly what not to do. On the day you set this up properly: business-grade AI, your files staying on your laptop, and nothing you share used to train anyone's models.

If any of that is you, this day was designed around you. It exists to get you over the hump in one sitting, with two people in the room who run their own businesses on these tools every day.

Before you even arrive

What happens when you book.

Every ticket includes access to our members' portal, and the portal gets to work the moment you book.

01

Book your seat

Your portal login arrives the moment you pay. Everything lives in one place from here.

02

Have a chat, whenever suits

Have a 10-minute chat with our AI interviewer whenever suits you — no booking, no forms. You just talk about your business and what eats your time.

03

Check it and confirm

What it heard appears in your portal. Read it, fix anything, hit confirm.

04

Arrive with the setup done

We turn that conversation into your agent pack — AI briefed on your business, waiting for you on the day. You start building, not starting from scratch.

Your 10-minute interview — a taste

What's the job that eats most of your evenings?

Quoting. Every job needs measuring up, pricing, then writing it out properly. It's 9pm work.

Talk me through the last one — what did you start from?

Photos from the site visit, mostly, and my price list.

Noted — photos plus your price list. That's exactly the kind of job we'll set AI up to do before you arrive.

Incredibly clever and beyond my expectations.
Portal member, after their AI interview call

What happens to my data?

Fair question — you're telling an AI about your business before you've even met us. Here's the deal, plainly:

  • Your interview is used for one thing: building your prompts and your agent pack. It stays private to your account — never shared with other attendees, never sold.
  • Everything runs on enterprise-grade AI under commercial terms: ElevenLabs handles the voice call as our contracted supplier, and your prompts and pack are written on Anthropic's Claude (or OpenAI), whose business terms bar training their models on your data.
  • You review and confirm what the AI heard before anything is built from it — that's step three above.
  • Want it gone? Email hello@aiagentworkshops.co.uk and we delete it. The full detail is in our privacy policy.

Read the privacy policy for the full detail.

The day · Friday 11 September 2026

One day, and you're over the hump.

No lectures, no slide marathon. We float between the tables while you build. Breakfast and lunch are included, because half the value is 29 other local owners figuring it out beside you.

It's one continuous build — what you make by the end only works because of what you set up at the start.

01

Get grounded

What AI actually is and what it's genuinely good at, in plain English. It stops feeling like magic and starts feeling like a tool.

02

Brief it like a new member of staff

You give AI what you'd give a new hire: how your business works, who your customers are, how you like things done.

03

Point it at your business

Together we write down how your business runs so AI can use it, and connect it to the files and tools you already rely on.

04

Set it loose on a real job

Pick a real job from your own to-do list — quotes, chasing, reports — and put it through, end to end.

05

Walk out with it working

You leave with it running on your own laptop, and the know-how to keep going on Monday.

You might arrive feeling behind the crowd. We promise you'll leave feeling ahead of it.

Beyond the chatbot

A chatbot answers questions. This does the work.

The gap between the AI everyone talks about and the AI you have tried is one setup step: giving it your business to work with. That is what the day is for.

A chatbot
  • Waits for you to type, then types back
  • Starts from zero every single time
  • Gives generic answers that could be for any business
  • Leaves you to copy, paste and tidy up
What you set up on the day
  • Knows your business, because you brief it once, properly
  • Reads your real files: exports, statements, spreadsheets
  • Does the whole job: drafts, chases, compares, reports
  • Remembers, and gets sharper every week you use it

Five jobs, before and after the day

Chase late invoices

BeforeYou paste your aged debtors into a prompt and ask it to draft chasing emails.

AfterYour agent reads the export, drafts every email in your tone, and has them ready to send before you finish your coffee.

Photo to quote

BeforeYou snap a photo of the job and ask AI for a first-pass quote.

AfterYour agent pulls from your rate card automatically and returns a formatted quote you can send straight to the client.

Write up client reports

BeforeYou paste your notes into a prompt and ask it to write the report.

AfterYour agent reads your notes and data exports, writes the report, and formats it. The hour-long job, done in minutes.

Compare prices and suppliers

BeforeYou copy prices from three supplier websites and ask AI to compare them.

AfterYour agent visits the sites, pulls the numbers, and gives you a side-by-side table without you copying a thing.

Write every product description

BeforeYou paste one product's details into a prompt and tweak whatever comes back.

AfterYour agent works through the whole catalogue in your brand voice, one consistent style, ready to upload.

A proper room with a view.

In the ticket

Everything you leave with.

A prompt library written for your business

One 10-minute AI phone call before the day becomes a library of ready-to-use prompts built around how your business actually runs. It is waiting in your portal before you arrive.

AI on your own laptop, doing real work

You leave with AI set up and briefed on your business, having already put it through a real job from your own to-do list. Yours to keep, set up to use AI safely and securely.

The jargon, translated

Agents, connections, skills: we explain the handful of terms that actually matter, in plain English, so you can grow your setup later by choice, not by accident.

A 45-minute 1:1 after the event

Talk through a live AI or automation problem with Nathan or Jethro and leave with clear next steps. One per company, per session.

Your members' portal

Class notes, your prompt library, and your AI memory, so what you build keeps improving long after the day.

Who it's for

What would it actually do in your business?

Pick your world. These are the jobs AI takes off your plate, and each one is something you could build on the day.

If your company is 5 to 50 people and runs on the usual kit (Xero or QuickBooks, Outlook or Gmail, a CRM, too many spreadsheets), this day was designed around you.

The jobs almost every owner hands over first.

  • Strategy: competitor and market research summarised on schedule. The reading you never get to, read.
  • Marketing: your own marketing finally done every week: posts, case studies and the newsletter, in your voice.
  • Sales: quotes, proposals and follow-ups drafted from your notes, sent the same day, not at 9pm.
  • Finance: invoices out on time, late payers chased, and your numbers summarised in plain English.
  • Operations: the repetitive paperwork and the same-questions inbox answered consistently, without you.

Whatever you build on the day, it starts from one of these.

These are just some of the examples of how AI can support your business. As part of the setup for the day, we’ll work out which ones matter most to you, and tailor the day to exactly that.

Not on the list? If you run a small business, the day will work for you. The setup is built around your business, whatever you do.

The series

One intake, three sessions.

The same room comes back together every couple of months. Each session builds on the last, and by the end you can build your own agents without us.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

No. If you can send an email and work a spreadsheet, you will be fine. The day is built for owners who have never got past ChatGPT, and we translate the handful of terms that actually matter.

You are exactly who the day is for. Nobody in the room will be an engineer. We move at the speed of the room, and the two of us float between the tables all day, so nobody gets stuck.

Safer than what most people are already doing. Your files live on your own laptop and the AI reads them there to do the work. The processing runs on business-grade AI under commercial terms, meaning what you share is not used to train models, rather than through a free personal chatbot account. And what you tell us before the day is used for one thing: preparing your day.

A laptop you can install software on. We send a short setup guide the week before. It takes about ten minutes, and if an IT company looks after your machines, the guide tells you exactly what to ask them for.

Come solo, or bring the person who will actually run it back at the office: your ops, marketing or office manager. That is exactly why the second seat is half price.

Mad Swans, a boutique venue in the Mendips, 40 minutes from Bristol and 30 from Bath. Capped at 30 people. A proper room with a view, not a hotel meeting suite. Breakfast and lunch are included, and full directions come with your ticket.

You take everything home with you. Every ticket includes a 45-minute 1:1 to work through something real, and your portal stays live with your class notes, your prompt library, and your AI memory. Sessions 2 and 3 build on what you made across the year.

More than 30 days before the session you get a full refund. Between 15 and 30 days it is a 50% refund, or you can move the full value to a later session. Inside 14 days you can pass your seat to a colleague or move to a later session. The full detail is in our refund policy, linked in the footer.

Yes. Tell us the task that eats your time (the form at the bottom of this page) and we will send you free prompts matched to your business. In the portal, a free 10-minute AI interview personalises your prompts and builds your business's AI memory — all free. The memory download comes with your ticket.

You leave with the same thing either way: AI set up on your laptop, briefed on your business, doing a real job. Pick the day by the tool you, or your IT, already lean towards — and if you don't have a preference, we'll recommend one when you book. Doing both? Ask about the two-day rate.

No. You build, you don't watch. The whole day is one continuous build on your own laptop, with us floating between the tables — you go home with a working tool, not a takeaway pad.

Some of it is. That's why the day is built around your business rather than a slide deck: you come and build something real, on your own numbers, in a day. If it's hype, you'll know by lunch.

That's exactly why you fit. A clever answer in a chat window changes nothing on its own — the difference is setup. We turn scattered dabbling into a system built on your business, doing a job you actually need done every week.

One day, and AI stops being the thing you're behind on.
